- Variations: While we endeavor to accurately describe each item, the nature of bulk assortments means that variations can occur.
- No Returns for Brand/Assortment Differences: We cannot provide refunds or returns if the brands or assortments differ from what was described, given the inherent variability of our bulk inventory.
2. Order Miscounts
- Count-Card Verification: Each order is fulfilled using a “count-card” for accuracy.
- Reporting Discrepancies: If you receive fewer or more items than indicated, contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Documentation: We may request photos or videos to verify the discrepancy.
- Store Credit: Valid miscount claims will be resolved through store credit.
3. Flaw Allowance
- Retail Environment Exposure: Our items may have been handled in retail settings and could have minor imperfections.
- 10% Default Flaw Rate: We account for potential defects—such as deodorant/makeup stains, washable marks, missing or loose buttons, pilling, or snags—up to 10% of the total order.
- Exceeding 10%: If flaws exceed 10% of your total order, we will provide store credit for the affected portion.
- Claims: Please contact us within 15 days of delivery if you believe flaws surpass the 10% threshold.
4. Contact & Resolution
- Time Frame: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Resolution: We will work with you in good faith to address the issue and determine if store credit is warranted.
5. No Refunds, Only Store Credit
- Policy Scope: We do not offer cash refunds or returns. Eligible issues—including order miscounts and flaws exceeding 10%—are handled via store credit only.
- Final Sale: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
