Shipping & Returns

All sales are final, as is standard in the liquidation industry. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we shipped the incorrect lot and cannot provide the one you originally purchased. In that case, you may return the incorrect lot. For all other discrepancies, please submit a claim form within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise.

A lift-gate allows the truck driver to lower your pallets to ground level—essential if you don’t have a loading dock. Lift-gate services are typically arranged for freight shipments, not ground shipments.

Yes, local pickup can be arranged for prepaid orders. We’ll schedule a pickup time at least 3 business days in advance. Please note you’ll need a vehicle equipped for loading dock height (about 4 feet). Standard vans or pickups may not be suitable, and rescheduling fees may apply if the scheduled window is missed.

On the product or cart page, click “Request Shipping Quote” and provide your complete shipping address. We’ll respond promptly with your shipping cost. Small lots often ship via UPS or FedEx ground, while larger lots ship via freight services. We also arrange lift-gate services for easy residential deliveries if needed.

If the product page mentions “FREE SHIPPING to the continental US!” in the notes section, then that lot ships free. Otherwise, shipping charges apply.

Shipping is not automatically included unless specifically noted. For many of our Small Wholesale Lots, we offer free shipping within the continental U.S. For larger lots, or if shipping is not included, you’ll receive a separate shipping invoice within 24 hours of purchase. If you’re unsure, request a shipping quote before placing your order.

Lot Details & Quality

If defects or shortages exceed the acceptable threshold (10% for Shelf Pulls), you can file a claim within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise. We’ll review your claim and issue a credit for verified discrepancies that exceed the allowance.

We categorize our merchandise into conditions like Shelf Pulls and Customer Returns. Shelf Pulls typically include items in good, sellable condition with original or store-issued tags. A small defect rate (up to 10%) is considered acceptable due to normal handling or shelf wear. Customer Returns often require more experience, as they may include a higher percentage of distressed or unsellable items. We recommend these to more seasoned resellers who are comfortable sorting and repairing inventory.

Absolutely. Every lot comes with a detailed manifest, including UPCs, sizes, colors, and descriptions. You’ll also find a helpful summary table at the bottom of each listing. This transparency lets you make informed decisions before purchasing.

Yes! Unlike many liquidators, we offer not only bulk and pallet-sized lots but also smaller quantities. We know how important it is to maintain consistent inventory flow without overextending your budget.

Payments & Checkout

We currently ship Small Wholesale Lots to select countries like Canada. All international orders must be prepaid by bank wire. Import duties, taxes, and any additional shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs regulations before purchasing.

We aim to make payments convenient and secure. For Shelf Pulls under $2,000, you can request to pay by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Orders over $2,000 may require bank wire or bank deposit. Some payment methods may incur a small processing fee. Always wait for your shipping invoice before finalizing bank wires or deposits.

Terms & Conditions

If required by the brand or applicable laws, private labels and return tags should be defaced before resale or export. You agree to inform your buyers of these requirements.

We do not represent or claim affiliation with any brands, manufacturers, or retailers. We recommend that you do not advertise using brand logos or reveal your source, to avoid intellectual property issues.

All merchandise is sold as-is. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
