What conditions are the items in?

Shelf Pulls typically include items in good, sellable condition with original or store-issued tags. A small defect rate (up to 10%) is considered acceptable due to normal handling or shelf wear. Customer Returns often require more experience, as they may include a higher percentage of distressed or unsellable items. We recommend these to more seasoned resellers who are comfortable sorting and repairing inventory.
