How Do I Submit the Certificate or Proof of Resale Intent?
You can submit your reseller certificate or written confirmation by:

Once we receive and verify your documentation, you’re all set to purchase from FavoliStyle without upfront sales tax charges (as applicable).
What If I Don’t Have a Reseller Certificate?
If you sell exclusively through marketplaces that handle tax collection on your behalf (e.g., Poshmark, eBay), or you haven’t yet obtained a reseller permit, you have options:
Provide your State Tax ID (Seller’s Permit) number if available.
If you don’t have a reseller certificate or State Tax ID, simply write a statement confirming that you’re purchasing these items for resale on a marketplace where sales tax is handled by the platform. For example:
“Purchasing for resale purposes on [Marketplace Name], which handles all sales tax collection.”
In this case, please sign and date this statement and provide it to us as instructed below.
Where Can I Find the Appropriate Reseller Certificate Form?
